Hi folks at Flexpad,a friend from the USA is bringing it to me,so still waiting for it.We have problems with our postal system in RSA,so would you consider using a courier,or at least give us an option in the future? This is the 5th pad I'm getting from you,I absulotely love them and can't see myself sanding a surfboard with anything else. They work great and last a long time.I have been a backyard boardbuilder for 21 years and do all the work myself as a part time thing, to keep me sane and explore different shapes and sizes of surf craft.I use a hard pad with 80grit at slow speed for initial flattening of the three sanding coats i smother boards in.I have to glass strong and heavy for boards to last on the Southern Coast of Africa...I then use your Medium pad at slow speed with 100 grit to reduce the initial scratches. After that I reduce those scratches with a random orbital sander with 120grit at slow speed. I finish with wet hand sanding, grits 120,150,180 and finally 220.I used to high gloss polish boards, but surfers here prefer the matt look.Your softer new pad will give me a chance to sand the concaves and rails a bit better, hopefully...I am excited to see the results...
Thanks for an excellent product
